Tips on Collecting Your First $100
You can help make a difference for the kingdom of God by simply asking ten people for $10 each. There is no maximum to raise; all you need to do is set a goal and go for it!
- Put in your own $10
- Ask a co-worker for $10
- Ask a friend for $10
- Ask another friend for $10
- Ask a Relative for $10
- Ask your email list for $10
- Ask a neighbor for $10
- Ask your boss for $10
- Ask a member of your club for $10
- Ask your roommate for $10
- Ask a business you frequent for $10
It’s so easy; soon you’ll raise $200!
The only thing that does not work is not asking.
- Individuals are encouraged to raise $100 in donations.
- Families are encouraged to raise $250 in donations.
Pledge Prizes*
- Individuals that raise $20 or more in donations will receive a SoulWalk t-shirt.
- Individuals that raise $50 or more in donations will receive a SoulWalk water bottle and t-shirt.
- Individuals that raise $75 or more will receive a SoulWalk frisbee and t-shirt.
- Individuals that raise $100 or more will receive a SoulWalk drawstring sack and t-shirt.
- Individuals that raise $200 or more will receive a all the prizes above and a SoulWalk hat.
- Individuals that raise $300 or more in donations will receive all the prizes above plus a stainless steel SoulWalk coffee mug.
Tips for Success
- Share your testimony with others as you ask for donations.
- Share with everyone who you’re walking for.
- Ask the individuals sponsoring you for names of individuals to pray for as you walk.
- Start early!
- Find out if your company matches gifts. This could double your donation amount.
Mail-in Registrations
Registration forms can be downloaded from the website. Forms contain a waiver that must be signed by each individual or parent of the individual as a stipulation of one’s participation in SoulWalk. Please mail the completed forms to: (SoulWalk, 103 Continental Place, Suite 200A, Brentwood, TN 37027), postmarked no later than September 10, 2009.
Online Registration Close
Online Registration will close on September 17, 2009 at 12:00 noon Central Standard time. You may register at SoulWalk the morning of the event.
